yes u can play gt5 and no u wont be able to play games off hdd with your dongle. the point in this cfw is that it gets rid of using the dongle and no u still cant use games of the hdd at this time .may be some time at a later date but when no ones knows yet

just put it on ur flash drive

go to system settings/ update/ storage device

install like a normal update it will install really quick, then ur screen will go blank and the ps3 will beep really loud a few times and turn off. when u turn it back on u will have the installed package option now on ur ps3

now your ps3 is jailbroken, wait for a little bit for the new homebrew and enjoy
