This tool works, but you need to get the .elf out of the eboot before you start.

I also have the missing dll error. Using Win7 x64.
Downloaded them, put them in WINDOWS/system32. But now the error is 'invalid entry'.

Gliitch, could you upload your own msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll?

Would be greatly appreciated.

I used windows 7 32bit. I never had to put any of those dll's in a system folder it just worked from the get go.

. Just sucks so many people are having trouble with this :'(

works perfect creating pkg in 5 seconds...thx.....but my problem is that when i replace USRDIR to the game/USRDIR nothing happens...boot game n back to xmb with no error code =)
