This works great, i was able to make a Naruto Ultimate storm 2 pkg no problem.. but is there anyone to make a pkg for games before trophies?

This doesn't work. Whenever I open up the program, it says "FATAL ERROR- Required files missing". All the file are in the GAME folder, EVERYTHING, but it keeps giving me that error. Any help?
