PS3 Brew Android app Released in Android Market
UPDATED: 1/25/2011
n00b friendly  I have just released v2.2 on the market go update. This was a few bug fixes, graphical enhancements, and added more instructions to the app for n00bs. v 2.1 now has a easy jailbreaker in it so with this app you can jailbreak your PS3 and install homebrew. We are leaving out backup managers because they are getting updated by the hour and everyone has a different setup. In the future we may add the 3 or 4 most popular but for not now. Please stay tuned for further updates. How to get: Use the QR code below or search the Android Market for PS3 Brew or PS3 Homebrew Select the PS3 Brew app and choose install How to use: Start app from the PS3 Brew icon in your applications. select what you want to download and click "Download to SD" give it a few minutes and your file will be ready for install on the PS3. You can also delete the file off of the SD card with "Delete from SD".

just a heads up. you should be able to use ps3 brew manager through Skyfire on any cell phone. It is free and you will not have to pay $1. I Dev on XDA and know that you can pull this up on android and windows phones. Works on my hd2 running wm6.5 and android desire build. Skyfire functions remotely so you get the pc experience without the pc. been around forever.

Thats quite true, but apps are sexier than web browers, nobody is being forced to buy this, it is optional and the measly $1 helps the developers with their website fee's etc

Yup if you dont like it dont buy it. As far as I am aware this is the only app for this native to android and for the $1 we are asking is only to help cover server costs so for a $1 you can now be bored at work or school and be able to install when you get home no hassle. Thanks for the support guys I hope this becomes a hit with android users. everyone who I talked to about this said it was a great idea and I thought so too even if 0 people download it I still have it for myself and I have installed everything to my ps3 this way.

im not knocking the app just the fee. it goes against what this scene is about. i could code a wm version and offer it for free. if people like it then they can donate. my server cost $50 a year with unlimited bandwidth. not that much at all to warrent forcing a fee. again this is just my opinion.
