Interested in making homebrew
I'm interested in creating homebrew for the ps3 mainly, but possibly other devices. Where/ what do I do to get started? is there any kind of background I need in computers? Does any computer savvy person have the ability to do this?

You need to know a computer language , if your coding for ps3 to run on ps3 , in my experience you need to know a bit about Linux because the sdk is mainly used on linux. Knowing a bit about c++ and c is a good start
