Critical Question About 3.52 M33 (I need an answer quick)..
K..so i just decided to load 3.52 m33 on my psp (current firmware: 3.40 OE-A), and the writing of 3.52 on it is taking AGES...is this thing bricked or what ..?

The M33 firmwares can take a long while to create and to write. Usually if theres a problem it would give you a error message if nothing changes then its is possible it coulod have locked up causing a brick.
