PS3 Game Ripper v3.1 Released - Reduce size of your PS3 backups
Lande has released version 3.1 of his PS3 Game Ripper. For those unfamilar this app reduces the size of your PS3 game backups by removing the not so important files. The latest version brings optimization and support for PAM video formats.

so i should use this for all my backups and then save - what - 2 gigs? what exactly does the program remove?

"Not so important files" like what blank padding or something? I'd rather have an idea of what it's removing and does it have any chance of effecting gameplay or the ability of the game to work in-general?
Guess I'll go figure it out myself, thanks for update.
