I'm going to keep taking my PS3 with the broken bluray drive online. It's not my fault Sony had a big bluray-breaking problem. If I remove the jailbreak and update to 3.56, this PS3 will be completely useless anyway, because I won't be able to play any of my bluray games.

I hate this comment, what basis do you have to assume everyone who has hacked their PS3 runs a high risk of being banned? Because Sony is very angry, and decided to write you a letter, telling you how angry they are?

Either sign out of PSN, and never use it on the console again or use it while you have it and go out in style.

Because quite a few (and rising) people have been banned is the basis.
