She actually said directly to him that he was the first to break the iPhone, the iPad and now the PS3. I DO agree with you that assumptions are bad, so please do not make them especially when you have video proof HeeHee

The fact is the peeps (I love that word lol) have gh as their spokesperson, and in all honesty I actually think Sony chose him very well.

If they had started this suit against fOf or even Graf then the negative publicity that our case is getting would have been dramatically reduced.

It IS negative publicity for us. You only have to look at threads like this where even the people who support and want Homebrew are split on our opinions of our spokesperson. Take our opinions and put them to the general public, and courts in particular.

For a start, his hacking and winning that case against Apple is not in his favour here as he is already painted as being a trouble causer (rightly or wrongly). Add to that the facts that he is not confident but has more than an average ego (read my previously quoted comments about his self description in his video) coupled with his reason for donations so he can have more lawers like Sony has (quality Is what matters in a court, not quantity) then I think he is heading for his own epic fail.

I hope sincerely I am wrong as it will stop Homebrew and a lot of things dead in all aspects of computing and gaming, but only time will tell.

kudos to the guy and all and i do remember that he blocked level 2 access with his firmware to stop backups . but why arent the other devs that make firmware in court....why?....because they are not attention seekers and are not stupid enough leave a trail behind that would of taken sony 10 minutes to find out all the information thay they would need . like i said loads of respect to the guy ...but he asked to be choosen for this
