isn't there a way to choose which cheats to work and which not...
like in FF13 i dont want max CP/MAG/HP as with this only one hit kills so there wouldn't be any fun in that. is there a way to choose which cheat to work and which not to

I thought that as well. But if you save the game and come back without the cheats on. Your hp, one hit kills and all goes back to normal, though gil and cp stay at max. Even if you use all of the max cp, you still don't have enough to completely max out all of your roles. I couldn't find a way to choose cheats, but I'm sure they will implement that in the future.

I needed cheats for Disgaea 3 PAL Version GAME ID BLES00452, if possible like maxed innocent exp etc. it'll be great if you could do this.

Could it be any way for us to modifiy the cheats like desactived certain cheats i don't want to use ?

nope these cheat are hard coded add there is no options to change which are activated...
