the thing is math is on geo and graf's level. geo is too busy with his own life to jb 3.60, graf could care less about it, he's busy with some amazing HV hacking and math has contributed alot to the scene and has made his reasons crystal clear. if you can't be happy with the help he is giving, maybe you should take my advice and jailbreak it yourself and if you can't maybe you shouldn't knock the man who can, and don't say he is B.Sing the guy has proven he has the skills and brain to do so. If he just gave it to us nobody would learn anything and you'd be begging him to jailbreak the next sony firmware update.

Ye that makes sense he wants all those 13 year old kids to learn how to code and hack the OFW.......Stop saying go do you it yourself, if i could everyone would be on 3.60 right now.

well maybe those 13 year old kids should learn some respect for the devs. if they updated from 3.55 it's their own stupidity, if they bought/were given a system on 3.56 they should learn some patience

I've got to side with thelostdeathknight and other like-minded people in here.

It's ps3 sites like this that sensationalize any development from the devs in the first place; to which all of you who rant on a developer's ego point to as them bragging just because you don't get anything tangible on your end, much less understand the exchange in the first place. I'll admit that I haven't read every exchange that's taken place since the jailbreaking began but I'm pretty sure most conversations such as the one detailed in this article are just between the developers themselves. I read this one and I get the technical details on what to do without having to be told everything. For sure it will fly over the head of most people following forums such as this one but a lot probably would not have known about it much less get to show their immature sides without this being front paged (or any page for that matter) in the first place, right? Taking things personal and calling someone egotistical when he wasn't talking to you in the first place just because you're not getting what you want out of him that you feel you're entitled to, is probably the most common trait shared amongst people here who probably haven't stopped breast feeding from birth. That and the penchant to praise someone when they give you something, and laugh and spit on the same person when they don't. I'm not surprised that a developer will start to shy away after initial exposure to such behavior.

So either break the fw yourselves or stop thinking that whining to the developer community will get you your precious cfw. It makes the whole argument of "I bought the PS3 so I own it therefore I can do anything I want to it" weak since, face it, most of you can't do much with it without being spoon fed what to do. Finally, I don't think devs come into forums like this to show off but rather they do so in order to share knowledge to those interested in learning more regardless of their technical level of expertise. I'd do the same thing if I want to stimulate developer growth in the community. Math wasn't talking to you, people, so just get over yourselves.

i actually agreee with the last few big replies!
dont moan because you updated, or trusted a friend and they updated,or like my brother swapped a 3.41 for a 3.56 cause a guy told him the 3.41 was broke........it wasnt!

if there is a cfw to be had then we will get it, moaning at the devs wont make it come any quicker,its more likely to slow it down.

news isn't exclusive to a single site.
a lot of people don't visit all the other sites, so if a site is the first to announce something, the news spreads.

if this site had a brand new news item first, obviously it would be quoted on other sites.
