linux ntfs support can be added using already existing software for linux.
if you mean using one hdd for linux and one for gameos i dont see a problem

do you think it would be possible to dual boot cfw/ofw ????

have a menu to launh CFW for homebrew and OFW for psn would be a nice touch to the community to have best of both worlds...

Or do you think this would be hard to do as it would mean updating to 3.60 ofw not sure might look into it myself

Like kmeaw said any suggestions mail me...that means anything .. and another thing how would you know if its impossible to accomplish anything you tried??? anyways enough of me *****ing around what i would like to see is a dual boot of CFW/OFW that way you have the best of both worlds not sure if this can be done but its something to look into because if they can run fw and linux there is no harm in trying the duel fw's...

I never got tjhe chance to try linux on the ps3, so a few of my questions might seem obvious to some. In linux on the ps3 can we edit hard drive games? Example-Delete the many extra languages for games, or for bluray movies delete credits or previews?
And will we need a file manger we need or is this basic linux just like on a pc?

this is like Linux on pc
gameos is on a separate encrypted partition.
removing things can be done from a pc anyway.

Maybe integration of the new “cheating” dongles?

this would be great .. a cheat system would bring games back after we get bord of them ! if there was a way to enable these kinds of features for lots of games ,i would change to Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW . i am on geohot & it does not let me install much ;( I have been thinking about Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW for a while . can anyone send me a private msg, info if anyone that was running geohot cfw 355 .then changed to Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW . if they were much more pleased of more compatable homebrew that can be installed ? i would rilly help me change my mind to switch --> from geo to Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW & if the signed geohot pkgs i have installed ,will work with Kmeaw's 3.55 CFW ?
