Sony cant get bankrupt for this reason.
But they are not trustful anymore.

Maybe I sell my PS3 and buy some pc things for it.

Leave it to the canadians to do something stupid..............on behalf of canada? fuk it suck it up sue them once ther is proof of identity theft ,if nothing happens then it's a waste of sony's time

Why does there have to be so much creepy emphasis on the fact that the plaintiff is a girl?
Also this just makes me more sad. Everyone has a reason to sue Sony but I'm really hoping that I will still be able to play online PS3 games again some day.

This alone would near kill Sony never mind the rest of the world demanding the same payouts from sony. Sony would go bankcrupt which be i am sure would make the small minded think they deserve it.

I do think they should pay for the fraud insurance cover which i think is a good idea and one that i think sony could afford to take this cost on the chin and bounce back from with out going bankcrupt. along with gaining respect and trust that they need badly at the moment.

But i do not agree to compensation in cash. As lets face it nobody wants to see sony go bankcrupt and see the worlds PS3 users cry because they are stuck with a console and games that wont be worth the plastic there made out of. Never mind the jobs and shares in sony that will be wiped out along with sony going under.
