If you think the Full version is to big to download (it has a LOT of covers included - it will fix your cover problem) then download and install the Base version over your current one - simply put the .pkg on the pen and install.

If you dont have your ps3 connected to the internet you can go to this topic and download the covers you want/need, like Dino05 said the covers have to match the games ID (this is just in case you dont want to install the Full version of multiMAN).

If you have your PS connected to the internet then if you go to the Settings column on XMMB and enable this option:

Download Game Covers
Adjusts whether to download missing game covers.

multiMAN will download the most recent covers for your games.

To solve your sparkles overlay problem, still under the Settings column on XMMB scroll to the

XMMB Sparks
Changes display setting for sparks overlay in XMMB display mode.

option and disable it, you might also want to disable/change this option:

Screensaver
Turn on screensaver after specified amount of time.

If you dont see these options then while on the Settings column press and select Advanced Settings and you'll have acess to these and more options (i dont have access to my ps3 right now and i dont recall if these options are available on Sandard Settings)

Since you are new to multiMAN i advise you to check the multiMAN beginner's guide - GBAtemp.net

Regards
Thanks a ton for your response. I pretty much got everything fixed.

I downloaded the newest base version, popped it in and installed it and it works just fine without the warning now. I will try and just fix that one cover manually as it is the only one I am having an issue with.

and THANK GOD for telling me how to turn off the sparkles. That could not have been more annoying.

I just finished reading that whole guide so I've pretty much got my head around most everything on there.

One thing I'm curious about though is on the new update it says:

"When in Direct Disc Access mode you can rip BD movie discs, launch games, but you can't create backups of PS3 Game Discs."

Does that mean you can rip your blu ray movie discs using that method, and if so is there a tutorial anywhere for that or do you just enable it and rip it as tho you were ripping a game?

Check if "Scan for AVCHD/Blu-ray" is enabled in XMMB Settings.

Ok, some good news for 3.41MFW users. Thanks to an0nym0us the proper offsets for lv1 and lv2 in 3.41 were located and you can now enjoy the PSX games and direct-disc-access.

First post and online update available for version 02.09.01:

* Support for PSX backups on 3.41MFW (10x to an0nym0us for the lv1/lv2 offsets)

Have in mind that it won't work for 3.41OFW + dongle. You need to be on 3.41MFW with some patches:

3.41 versions of Hermes CFW, Rogero CFW and Rebug CFW all work.

@ poop_face You can copy your bluray discs to ISO or folder/file format but they will be encrypted, to be able to see them on multiMAN you'll need to decrypt them on the pc and then on multiMAN convert them to AVCHD (someone correct me if i'm wrong as i never done that but i bellieve these are the correct steps)

EDIT: had to do some back reading, its amazing how fast the page count on this thread grows each day

"Create ISO" option in SIDE menu when BD/DVD is selected in VIDEO column or PLAYSTATION/PLAYSTATION2 is selected in Game column
Added: "Create ISO" option in File Manager's context menu when /dev_bdvd is selected
Added: Creating ISO files bigger than 4GB to USB HDD will result in splitting in segments .iso.0, .iso.1 ... .iso.31

Press [TRIANGLE] -> Enable Direct Disc Access >>> When in Direct Disc Access mode you can rip BD movie discs, launch games, but you can't create backups of PS3 Game Discs. >>> Do not use "Direct Disc Access Mode" unless you really need it.
Also, check this and also this post that Dean made, they are on page 100 and 101 if you want to know the full context of those posts

i dont know if it is a problem...
when you press the sys info in XMMB and press O, to go back, if you press right to go to the game column, quickly after you press O, multiman launch Showtime.. i'm not shure if it occurs with everyone, but in my case and with a ps3 of a friend of mine occurs, you must press right quickly or it will not occur. as i say, it is not a problem...
thanks for you good job mate

You can use that one, or you can use Rebugs 3.41 CFW.
