Roms take forever to show up on MM - PS3Hax Network

This has always been going on, I chose to ignore it because I usually load roms from retroarch. When I get to my roms through multiman (or try to anyways), It takes forever for my roms to show up. I have a lot of roms so I understand the wait time, but I find it a bit excessive when I can load them instantly on retroarch.

I wanted MM to be my centralized hub and not needing to rely on separate apps. I tried different versions of MM and firmware and it's still the same annoying issue, any suggestions?
