German translation!
As far as I know flip did not work anymore on the german translation.
So I decided to do that. I've added the new Lines since the update and check the whole translation for mistakes! Hope you @deank could add it soon

Nice to see there are only small batches of lines added now, it makes fallowing the thread more easily, and in all honesty, no one will die if they see 1-2 lines in English...
A good idea would be if a file with less required lines than let's say 512 is found, the remaining lines would be used from English file! |

HI Dean, added the 2 new lines available for translation on the latest update (total 514) to the Portuguese file (LANG_PR)
