Looking for professional install of progsket chip

Ok my ps3 is on version 3.66 currently and would like someone, once it arrives to professionally install a progskeet chip into my ps3 slim. I really dont think i have the skills to do it myself but i will look in to it more. I dont have any soldering skills. I dont really know how much to pay someone for this job. i could provide the chip or i could just pay you for the chip + labor. or possibly since i only really want to downgrade maybe you could just use your chip, install it to my ps3 then downgrade then remove it? so it would be cheaper for me since i wont need to buy a chip..

but anyways can somebody give me a quote for how much they would be willing to do this for?

also i prefer someone in the U.S so its cheaper/quicker shipping

After it releases just take it to a local hardware store or make a craigslist post. The chances anyone from HaX lives near you is probably low.

I would be willing to ship it..(i guess) Yea i could do that, but i live in a small town there isnt really any shops that could do that here.. i guess providence ri (1 hour) might have a place that could do it.

EDIT:lol i typed in mod chip on craigslist in my area, 3 results 1 unrelated the other 2 are just premodded 360's. I type in jtag (just to see) nothing good either. you try http://providence.craigslist.org

You should be able to ask in a local PC repair shop if they'd know anyone who could solder that fine. If you say you want to fit an Infectus, they'll prolly understand what kind of soldering is involved (once they have the pinout it's all the same). A reasonable charge is about a dollar per wire and there's around 50 of them.

You'd be surprised, there's more than likely someone near you that can do it, it's just a matter of finding them!
Try looking for people that do reballing or any SMD work, they should be capable.

Also, don't get your hopes up, but there's a chance they might be releasing a solder-less addition down the road, so you might be able to do it your self!
