let me put it this way
a jtag 360 allows all games on a fat32 drive no matter the size as it plays split files perfectly.

region free, no messing with npdrm, no waiting for game patches to play new games. after getting a jtag i never looked back

im not selling it for under 250

and as for backups what japsander said, not only can you pop a disc in and rip it to the hard drive but you can download jtag rips from the internet and just put them on the hdd and play them or because this one has the drive flashed as well, you can burn the iso to a dvd and play it from that and the jtag lets you play xbox live arcade games all you have to do is download it and the jtag will play it same with dlc

also because you can hook up any hardrive you want to it you dont even need an external hdd you could just buy a 1tb drive and hook it up and the jtag will format it and you can use it

thats correct.
i have a xenon and use vga 1080p but component is just as good also

i have heard form other people(i myself have not tested this) that the black levels on component then they are on hdmi are better on the 360

Dude no offence (I have nothing against you) but I just bought a Jasper here in the UK for what works out as $275 shipped. This is my 2nd jtag as well as I myself own a Xenon and overall they're garbage and will inevitably die a horrible death (hence all your mods).

Lower it, there's a reason you haven't sold it. A xenon for $250?, that's absurd.
