Here's my attempt - I got inspiration from a Swiss army knife - Seen as multiMAN is the Swiss army knife of the PS3! Hope you like!! The logo has a clear background when in .png format - It looks better than the white it has when uploaded

I agree with what ozayturay said. Make sure that it is 'multiMAN' (not MultiMAN, MULTIMAN, Multiman etc), pretty much 75% of the submitted work is incorrect...although they do look excellent, but still incorrect.
