actually this is not a CFW you cant play any backups or instal pkg files,as there is no pkg option,just a warning before desperate noobs get this and get screwed when they see they cant play games

Well even the 3.55 CFW started off with no options for backups or homebrew. Though "install package files" was still there. Nevertheless, this is a great step forward hopefully

3.66 Debug firmware running on retail not news ?

I would say it is big news. I would love to turn my second ps3 into a debug unit.
