Just throwing it out there. Maybe the people are not updating the 3.55 version of MK. Doesn't it need to be at 1.02 ( I think) for it to work? Its the only thing I could think of that it may not be working. Or not replacing the PS3TOC. I forgot to do that once and nothing worked

yep those files i forgot to update and added to the tutorial, tested it myself today

how do i know what version of 3.55 do i have?

EDIT: never mind that question i got it fixed by the solution on the 1st page

EDIT 2: only boss chars i have but the dlc chars are not there

there all there, inculding the first and second download package, ive tested it out myself,
first i deleted game data and the compleet game thru filezilla, then reupload the game with filezilla, then i installed the updates, then the unlock packages in order, then the boss fix pkg and then i replaced the ps3toc.txt and all the.xxx files, and done, tested with with all the characters, classic costumes bossed and dlc's

what do you mean, can you select cyber sub-zero and go to left, all the dlc's and bosses are there,
if you are player 1 then go to bottom left and just press left when standing on cyber sub-zero
if you are player 2 then go to bottom right and just press right when standing on cyber sub-zero
