I got this working. Set it up on my scientific linux 6 box. Added the firewall port redirect, installed rtmpdump which included rtmpsuck. Got Rtmp to capture the stream info from a TV stream playing in a browser.
Formed the rtmp link and added the following to one of the XML files:

<item>
<title>BTV CHANELS on STAR MOVIES</title>
<link>rtmp://live45.seeon.tv/edge/njbx20zmyedb23v swfUrl=http://www.seeon.tv/jwplayer/player.swf pageUrl=http://www.seeon.tv/view/14009/BTV_CHANELS__on_STAR_MOVIES
swfVfy=true live=true tcUrl=rtmp://live45.seeon.tv/edge</link>
<thumbnail>tv channel logo</thumbnail>
<country>us</country>
</item>
Tested and works! This is great stuff. I can replicated this over to a public domain and share the link..

Exactly, the same code can be used on other seeon.tv links by changing the bold parts.

<item>
<title>BTV CHANELS on STAR MOVIES</title>

Exactly but pageUrl may only be "http://www.seeon.tv/view/" since the playpath is correct.

Huh? Can we please post using English? I have no idea what some of these posts mean, and I'm trying to figure out how to create proper rtmp links.

My last warning whoever posts in portuguese or any other language for that matter will receive an infraction!
people are trying to learn and posting in portuguese is not helping them. this is an english only forum.
