Look I am now having to step in. First off Dev-Dave, what is up with you. You usually keep your post clean, and I would appreciate it if you continue to do so. Also Gliitch, I understand your frustration, but that last post was a bit inappropriate. I've raged on people also so I know how it is. If I have to come back in this thread to more bashing, I will be throwing out infractions. Come on guys just get along. Japsander has already had to make a post about this, now a second moderator has to come in. KEEP IT A CLEAN DISCUSSION!!!!!

Everyone is entitled to their opinions as long as it dosnt involve insults, which i see have started.

Now my personal opinion, Deank is one of the most awesome devs on the PS3 scene and his work is awesome, but you cannot say Cobra isa clone of multiMAN, as MM does not allow the backing up of PS1/PS2/PS3 games as ISO`s, MM also does not allow the playing back of PS1/PS2 backups.

Totally agree.

Also I personally wasn't singled out regarding insults to other members like gliitch and dev-dave were so I apologize for my role in this, I just wish people wouldn't repeatedly post things that hold no water.

I myself have loved the Cobra USB dongle but I too have experienced its problems such as the troublesome updating of the device to the garbage interface that looks terrible next to multiMan.

Anyways the bottom line is that the Cobra team are not perfect but they have delivered on their promises and I respect them for that, their support has been fantastic IMO.

Make love not hateful posts guys!

Peace.

well I just got my third one back in the mail after the first two they sent me both broke. I only got flashing red light and unknown USB device on my pc. I had the last two working properly for about a week each, hopefully this one doesn't sh!t the bed too.

I believe last game may be causing my problem

And the GUI is nasty.
Cobra Manager is based on Gaia Manager by drizzt, so basically based on the 1st open manager.

Dev-Dave, I think you're in an error here, because no matter how the Cobra Manager looks, it really does a lot of stuff, which can't be done with any other manager.

It is possible to add the same functionality in multiMAN, provided the Cobra guys agree to such proposal. At least it will look a bit better GUI wise.

Ok maybe the word clone was wrong to use, as I didn't mean it as complete copy of your work, it was more to the point, that what their selling is almost what you get with your MM, I did say almost, and all I have read is people having issues with it and not getting what is said.

In time your MM will do the same I believe , if that's how you Dean wish to go, after all its only code.

na dude you have no idea. The drivers have been properly installed on my computer. Trust me when I say they were working, then they broke. It was something that happened after my ps3 got a black screen both times.

Thank you Dean, I tried to explain to him earlier in the thread that it was clearly based on Open Manager and not a clone but his arrogance and ignorance got the better of him, glad this is over now. Keep up the great work man, I love multiMAN!

I had the exact same question as you and asked the Cobra team about it as I wanted to play the other missions on Disk 2 from Driver 2. Cobra are aware of this and claim they are trying to implement it soon and since it's them, I have strong faith that they will deliver just as they have with everything else.

But for now, it is not possible I'm afraid.
