I'd be willing to ship Internationally I guess, but i'm sure that the shipping will be rape as I am in the United States, but I'm sure since ur in Dubai ur Rich as F*%K lol.

Most Gamestop Refurbs are After 3.55. Best place to look is online and a few other places.

Plus, Either Gamestop employees are insanely lasy, or they have been instructed not to test a ps3 for version number, I have yet to get any body out of 5 gamestops to turn on and check the firmware of thier used Ps3.

Gamestop workers are told to not tell firmware for overblown legal fear. They do not want Sony to connect them to modding in anyway at all

That is true but you are able to test the systems *Hint* Or the easiest way is to go to the store and look at the date on the console
