different ethernet cord help...

So for about 8 months my online play would work great and had no problems at all. then one day i go to play resistance online and it said something like "no connection could be established" . Im not sure exactly what it said but it wouldnt connect to the internet or my router or anything. Keep in mind this is via the wired connection. After two days of waiting to see if it fixed itself i tried a wireless connection and this worked and has worked for 3 months now.

So...does anyone know whats wrong with this?

I am gonna try and swich back to see if anything has changed but if not i'll stick with wireless coneection.

try restoring to default settings and see what happens. Also try to unplug your internet for awhile then plug it back in 10 minutes. I had that problem before and I did what I told you here and it worked. Hope this works.

Yeah I had that happen to me this morning, I just reset my router and my PS3 and it worked fine.

I think its something to do with RFOM, because when it happened, I could connect to the PS Store, and everything else worked fine. I just couldn't connect to RFOM online.

the resistance servers were down for everbody yesterday, so that could be why you couldn't play on resistance
