i ran a live test without leaks, i have mounted the waterblocks into ps3, and will have a test of the temperatures in a few hours, i just have to go get some anti freeze liquid and i'm all set for the test

first run, with demineralized water only, gave awkward results... 67.5 c° for cell and 50 c° for rsx... i think this might be a failure, but let's see what happens with anti freexe liquid... i'll go buy it tomorrow morning, expect the results in, let's say 14 hours...

I'd love to have a water cooled PS3 but I'm too crap at plumbing and too chicken to risk f***ing my console up.

i'll be making a new try later, using a small vent in the case too, and i'll try moving the ps3 so if there's any air bubble it should get out... if it does not work, meh, let's hope it works

Update: this is a failure... no air bubbles inside, the temperature raises way too much, the results i posted before are from the format HDD screen, not even XMB ( i do not have a working HDD for this ps3 as i bought it used). I'ts probably due to the stain i used to fill the gaps between the copper tubing and the aluminium plate that absorbs heat from cores, preventing the heat exchange from aluminium to copper...i'll try removing it and use something else to fill the gap, maybe just one or two small tips of stain to keep tubing in position and then fill the remaining gap with thermal compound, but i'm not sure on what to do, might as well buy some pre made WB, VGA WB suit well inside the ps3 as the tubing is attached from one of the sides not top
