i used to pirate both games and movies...i dont pirate games anymore but i still get the occasional movie..not because i want to screw some producer somewhere out of a nickel but because i dont want to have to pay 10$ to watch a movie once or twice then have it sit on a shelf and gather dust..im both for and against it

I do buy games. PC games that reg key to play online.
FPS GAMES is for PC and not for console. except few titles.

To answer your question, I will have to correct your third point as well. Game developers, the people that make the games you play earn a living from doing it. If everybody started pirating then no one would create games (except those doing it in their free time for fun) because they would not be able to provide for themselves. That situation is highly unlikely though, but whenever piracy becomes synonymous with something (a particular game console for instance), then developers will be a bit wary to develop anything for that console. The PSP is a prime example of this. It had a pretty long dry season, with not very many good games coming out for a long while. Only recently within the last two years or so did things become better.

Also, you won't die from it, but if you get caught, you will find yourself hundreds of thousands in debt and in jail. Unless you live in a country that does not observe copyright laws to strictly.

Game developers get payed enough money.. Yeah you could argue that if everybody done it the industry may collapse but whats the chances of that happening.. Anyway they would do what they love either way even if it was free.. Look at the developers on this site and others, They do it for free out of the pure love for what they do..They want people to enjoy the works of art they create.. Do you honestly think they care how much you pay for it?

If we lived in a world with no money do you think artists wouldn't paint.. Do you think bands wouldn't write albums.. Life would go on and developers would still develop games.. Production properly would be a lot better.. Nobody would be withholding tec to make profit next Christmas.

This entire industry was built by pirates.. For pirates to share FREE information.. Not for the likes of sony and the taxman to rob us silly..

How many copy's of MW3 do you think have been sold so far? Id say a small percentage of these games are pirated.They still make millions and millions from them.

Microsoft sold over a million 360's on the week of black Friday.. Only a small percentage of them will be running the RGH or other mods.

Its not stealing.. They are stealing from us..The games should be free from the start.. The playstation should be free.. The internet should be free and so should our food and heat.. We all should have to work to receive these luxury items but money shouldn't be the incentive.

the monetary system has destroyed this planet and it will continue to destroy it until everything is gone. Im not an activist and never will be but I love the idea of hacktivists.. ANON are off their heads but at least they are doing something..

Which of the Xbox 360 or PS3 is easier/better for pirating games?
To me, if you're below 3.55 or on 3.55 the PS3 is a much better option for pirates.
However, if you're above that, Xbox 360 is a much better option.

Who agrees?

if your rich enough no real reason to pirate but being poor with barrels in the basement for water you have to do what you can to save up money just for a ps3 play 1-3 games the entire life of your ps3 but with CFW your can expand the life of the ps3 to its full potential worth instead of being restricted by some anti-creation and productivity rules like sony and there anti-OTHEROS and everything else killing invention stopping technology to hault goodbye starfleet we will never see space travel to other galaxy's at faster then light speed with such idiotic restrictions GTFO GREED
