I dunno wat factory really means...I was saying I bought ma ps3 from Sony showroom with version 3.72....be is it possible to downgrade with E3 flasher...

i bought a ps3 with fw 3.41 or smwhere around 3.4 m sure thn i upgraded my ps3 t0 3.72. model 3003 a. can i downgrade it with e3? or is thre any other way to jb it?

You can't downgrade 3k models. There is no way it came with 3.41. You sure it is a 3k? Use minverchecker to see what is the

MinVerCheck Instructions from PS3DevWiki
1. copy this MinVerChk PUP to your USB stick (/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP), the same way as if it was an firmware upgrade. 2. Insert the USB stick into the PS3. 3. Start a firmware update like normal from XMB (Don't worry, it will not update!) 4. It will shortly fail and display the Firmware Base Value (the lowest firmware version that your PS3 can be downgraded to) Note: console needs to run at least FW 2.50 (2.30 and lower will not work)
