3.55 and 3.72 quick swap question

I am on 3.55.2 rebug firmware (on a slim) and i was wondering, what would be the easiest way to setup quickswap between my current firmware and OFW, I read the ProgSkeet tutorial for the fast swap, but couldn't figure out what I could do to keep everything I had already, but be able to fast swap (I'm a noob). I was also looking into the E3 Flasher that has fast swap, but I couldn't figure out how it would work in use (I'm a big noob). I'm also a bit iffy on the E3 chip because I am not sure about my soldering ability. Any input would be great, and I'm sorry that I'm a noob. Thanks ahead of time!

the e3 flasher is solderless as they have got a clip for nor but NAND Flash support has been delayed . once the e4 flasher has been installed on to your ps3 it is as simple as ficking a switch and changing the harddrive (2) in the esata station then installing 3.72 ofw then when you wanna got back to cfw you install hardrive (1)then press the button and boot up cfw . you can also do it with one hardrive not two but that will mean evey time you switch fw you have to formate the hdd drive . so it best to have 2 hdd one for cfw and one for ofw ,

i dont know much about ProgSkeet as im not intested in that one ive got the e4 flash preorder ,

I actually found the instalation manual online, and it required soldering, is there one that shows what you would have to do if you didn't need to solder. Also, if there is a OFW update, would I need to update the firmware, or does it still work. One last thing, how would I figure out my ps3 type to know if it's NOR or NAND. Thanks for all the help!

Edit: Is it the E3 flasher or E4 flasher, I'm not sure if it's a typo but I just want to get everything straight before I take apart my PS3. (still many thanks need to be given!)

CECHG = 256MB

PS3 Fat (NOR):

CECHH = 16MB
CECHJ = 16MB
CECHK = 16MB
CECHL = 16MB
CECHM = 16MB

Is the updating thing the same though? Would I need to worry about updating the hard drive with the old OFW to the newest OFW? Other than that, I'm sold on the E3 Flasher. I would a solderless install manual, but I think I could figure it out. Thanks so much for the help! :D
