The funny thing with SONY and EA is that ALOT of the people who agree to these terms.. Are under the age of 18... Which you cant enter a contractial agreement until after the age of 18...

Also there is no way for them to verify in the house that minor or an adult agreed to the terms.. So any adult that agrees and has a child they could claim thier child agreed not them, Which would VOID the contract USELESS..

I am really against piracy, because it hurts game devs.. but when game devs go and do this.., makes me want to pirate the f*ck out of EA.. just because they want to do things that violate us.. I think its only fair others do the same..

Don;t pirate Honest game devs.. but f*ck when you do this to your customers i think its fair game on companies like this..

Repect your customers and your customers will respect you..

Maybe we should complain to our local states Attorney General... This accually fails into the stuff they should protect the public from.. And forcing kids in to contracts is bad enough.. much less the language in the contract.. Then the fact they will make you agree AFTER THE PURCHASE of the content......

Sony and EA both know this illegal.. but they also know that MOST if not all wont fight this because of the amount of money it will cost.. Just in court fees.. Hell i wouldnt even need an attorney for this.. but Court cost and their delay tactics the normal person cant compete... AND THEY KNOW THAT... Hints why they want you to waive your Class action rights, and a trial by jury..

We must fight these companies.. Force our corrupt polictians to do the right thing...
