Hardware Responsible for Start-up Beep

In order to power a 3.5" bay fan controller with temp display I decided to use an external powersupply. After a couple Google searches I was able to power the display using a spare Micro ATX PSU. So I am trying to make the PSU cosmetically similar to the PS3. Thus far I have added a switch and two rectangular LEDs similar to those of the PS3 but I was thinking it would be awesome to add the PS3 start up beep when I power up the PSU.

Does anyone know what MOBO components are responsible for the start up beep? So I tried to localize it both by internet searches and by ear and I am again at a dead end. Based off of the sound I am guessing it might be around these areas. Chances are I am way off but I would like somewhere to start. Anyone got any ideas?

It's the black, round thing with the dot in the centre up the very top left of this image. They look the same on all boards, just a slightly different location.

I was thinking about removing mine and putting a switch on it so it's not too noisy at night when my PS3 crashes.. They're just regular speakers that are meant for soldering to the surface of a PCB. You could get any kind (or a doorbell if you wanted) but getting it to beep once when you turn it on/off and not constantly will be the only issue really.

Damn thank you I didn't think I was going to get a response this quick. I'll have to look into that constant beeping. Thanks.
