Please read http://tinyurl.com/multiman-help it should answer all your basic questions. In XMMB you have Update under the first column. or download it from this thread.

wow this is the best place through can we get a lot multi themes and i have installed some of them which are working properly and i am very happy after found them and thanks for your such nice sharing with us here
