IDK if anybody is still testing games on this.

1. The instructions say a payload isn't needed (making it seem like it doesn't matter if one is loaded or not) when it should read DON'T have a payload loaded because it won't work (hence for dongles like true Blue and Cobra).

2. When testing, if you want to avoid hard resetting everytime you get a blackscreen (that you cant get out of), eject the burned backup and put a sony ps3 game into the drive. The ps3 will load the game on the official sony disc and then you can exit like normal via the playstation home button.

Hello all, with a little experimenting. I have burnt PS3_GAME folder and PS3_DISC.SFB files as instructed with games Call for Juarez bound in blood, Monoply Streets, and Motogp 10/11. These games gave me black screen when i started disc in drive and when i put disc in drive. To my avail, I tried something different. I burnt PS3_GAME folder ,PS3_DISC.SFB, and PS3_UPDATE folder and IT worked for FEAR 2. I will do this for the other games mentioned and reply back. I hope this helps.

I was able to get Monoply Streets and motogp 10/11 to work with this method. You do have to eject and insert disc. Call for juarez bound in blood did not work. Other games i tried that work was nascar 2011; I got error message saying that i did not have enough space on hard disk. I will try more when i get some dvd dl.

hello deank thanks for all your hard work. is there some way to copy the games to hard disc from bluray? i need it because i will change some games with some friends and i need to copy them from bluray to my hardisc

If you created a backup of a PS3 game to a BDR disc then you can copy it back to the HDD by enabling "Direct Disc Access" mode in Settings (go to Settings, press TRIANGLE, select Direct Disc Access). Then you can transfer the game from the Blu-ray disc (BDR/BDRE) to your PS3.

i know its been mentioned twice in this thread but im going to mention it a third time. If we could get a compatibility list up on pshomebrew.net that would be extremely helpful. Im not sure how to go about it. I went through all the posts in this thread so far and am trying to organize what has already been posted but for me to repost it all organized will not be as good as in a spreadsheet format.

It would be very useful to see what people have already tried so that others don't make the same mistakes. things like media types that work or don't work, reinsertion of disk, folder change on root, and PARAM.SFO edit. Also a comment column would be helpful
