ok it looks like i figured it out.

the game im trying to play is final fantasy 8 but all the files on the disk are "hidden" so thats why multiman isnt reading it as a psx game...

does anyone know how to successful change the files on the psx game to "visible"

Help - movies on data disc no longer working in multiman and showtime.

i updated from version 2.08.10 to version 02.09.01.

i have MKV files burned to dvd+r and dvd+r dl and they were working fine before the up-date. i know its not a bad a laser on the bd drive cause it still picks up the all the discs types in xmb. multiman and showtime no longer recognize the disc like they once did.

Do you know you can hit the square button when in multiman GAME XMB & it will make your games in XMB disappear
because it organizes them by game type .I bet this is what you did ..Hit square until you see games & your games under the XMB should show up ..

Or under settings you may have enabled direct boot ...look at that afterwards .I believe you just did not look enough ,they are there..

the problem he talks about is that sqaresoft used to hide their game content on disc.

any disc image editor should overcome this at least ultraiso. but is this really an issue for mM? if proper burnt
the disc should work
