k i did everything you had said. Now when i select LA NOIRE from the mutliman menu, it now says "Pre Processing required for this title. Do you want to install required data to internal HDD?"

Put it on internal it's to big to play off external

i play off of a external 1tb with no problem. actually i would rather have it on external to be honest i dont want my internal filled up.

How do you play a game with big files from external I would really like to know cause I'm always backing up saves and such to make room for my 200+ games

use opensplitps3 to break down the big files. locate the game folder with opensplitps3 and it will scan for the big files and break them down. then when it is done move the game to your external hd. then set your payload to hermes witch is in bdemu2 and that is it.

I have mutliman 2.0 or above, i have bdemu2, i have the patch, etc.., And still cant get it to work? `Every time i start the game it takes me back to the xmb screen with a a message saying an error ocurred. I have had this problem before and usually am able to fix it but i just cant get this one to work. any suggestions?

If you haven't already, accept or say yes to pre-process, which moves what it needs to internal and should then run the game from external IIRC.

Yup, i did that as well. Everything copied to the cache just fine, but every time i try and start the game it acts as if it is gonna start, but then takes me back the to xmb screen and says error occurred? I am not giving up yet! lol ANy more advice would be greatly appreciated. Heard this game rocks.
