my FW is 3.66 can i use multiman on it,or can i downgrade it to 3.55?????

You first have to downgrade to 3.55 CFW (or lower).
You will need the E3 Flasher and Rogero CFW v2, or Tutorial: How to downgrade/flash your PS3 from firmware 3.7x to 3.55 via ProgSkeet/Teensy++
