Or if you've a PSP - PS3JIG / iPod (or Sansa MP3 player) - Rockbox / Android phone - PSFreedom. Certain iPhones can also do it but it's complicated..
Just read up on the relevant ones to see if you have a compatible device and you're looking for the downgrade (a.k.a PSGrade) payload. I use an iPod Nano 1G or PSP personally.
