Yep, looks like our 'do this trick', Tuhta, guy has managed to stick on this words and finally released a video showing him that he successfully cracked the firmware 3.72. From the look of the video, it looks real - showing himself online aswell as running homebrew application

Interesting point from renegaderampage from PS3ISO saying

Also, interesting to note that when he goes to system - there is no automatic download but you can see a new setting '' Control for HDMI ''.

I'm not saying this is real or fake but the lighting up is a feature in some cameras.

Here's my take:

When he did the "RANDOMBLOCKINGOFPERSONALINFORMATIONLOL", he could've done that on a PS3 that isn't hacked since the camera cutting is obvious. Also, the time remained(on the ps3) between 7:40-41ish. Even though the vid is almost 2 minutes, it's kinda odd.

Basically, it seems legit but weird.

If you look closely,

exactly at 0:38 he's at 7:39 almost 7:40 until the PSN connected logo appears.

let's add from here a minute - 1:38+ - he's still @ 7:40

Until 1:44-48 we do not know exactly when he's at - 7:41 -

Just adding more perspective into the mix.
