i bought uncharted 3 and now i have to some how get the psarc. files onto my laptop and then do the process then put the folders back into the ps3 using file manager, but when i try to copy actor33.psarc and pak23.psarc they stop randomly and then filezilla asks me if i want to replace the files with the same name and if i click yes it just starts again and stops again randomly, anyone have an easier way of doing this? oh and i also tried putting the psarc files onto my external and then plugging it into my laptop but they dont show up on my laptop, please someone help me

putting them on your external drive is the easiest way. did you refresh your screen?

yeah thats what i thought too, and yeah i tried refreshing it, the psarc. files still dont show up. I plugged the external back into my ps3 and they show up here, and also just to let you guys know when i copyed pak23 too my external it was split into 3 files automatically. 2 of them being 4096mb and the other one 143mb is that a problem?

You need to ftp the pak23 file. Multiman will split it up. You want that file to be whole in order to extract it properly

kk thanks, but as you can see in my first post, im having trouble ftping it aswell it just randomly stops and asks me if i want to replace the pak23 file same thing happens with actor33. Help please.

Don't use filezilla to ftp. Use internet explorer. Load up multiman and get your up address. Then ftp thru internet explorer. (I.e. ftp://your up address). Once it pulls up, you want to view it as a Windows explorer file. Depending on what version of ie you're using, you may have to press the alt key to get to the ie toolbar. Go to view->ftp as explorer window. (Something like that). Then try downloading the pak23.psarc file.
