i dont care if he did/did not leak it. it got released.

nobody complained when the sdk got leaked,
nobody complained when duplex released psn games.
nobody complained when sony documentation was released.
nobody complained when keys were released
nopbody complained when the dongle payloads were released.

if it was leaked who cares, the scene is built on leaks to begin with

witholding things is poor to say the least. look at psjb2. where are their eboots copming from? how do we know that this "unreleased" eboot wasnt going there as well?

stop the drama. the publisher wrote the eboot, its theirs, if anyone should cry its them

No the FP thread is alive and well. Would be really cool to know how he did it though. My thing is if there is anything that discourages a dev, its crap like this, including everything japsander said. You cant tell me the devs dont get discouraged when a work in progress gets leaked. Then the community cries, and wants more.

If that was absolutely positively the case, but from what I have read (which I agree was only posted by one source) The original dev was going to release it to the community. If moogie released it because the dev was just going to "Dangle the Carrot", then I can see his reasoning, as that crap happens WAY too much in the scene. Its crazy though, from what I see and read, it kinda looks like Community vs Devs vs Sony, thats how it comes off, and it shouldnt be that way.
