Yes! If this works the way I think it will, I should be able to retrieve all my psn purchases I would otherwise be unable to access due to my account being activated on other consoles I don't have access to.

i think because of this, sony just made people near to piracy. coz probably me, instead of buying this game juz for 2 consoles, i'd rather juz wait for pirated games as i would have to play on whatever and wherever console i wanted it to play to.

I see that they are trying to make the situation better, but they must be smoking pot. Instead of making it better, they're making it worse.

It goes beyond smoking, inhaling, injecting something... what they are doing is tantamount to throwing a bucket full of jet fuel at a fire expecting to put out the flame.

This is complete BS. I don't even like the term game sharing. What about those of us who have 3 4 or 5 machines in our own homes. This is bull**** for us legit machine owners.

just deleted a long post that would try and talk sense.
but it was a waste of time when I realized that this topics only function is to make you feel more justified in pirating. "we here at this site dont condone piracy, but we'll tell you how to do it" "How DARE they do that as we not only take back what they took, but take more than we bought" Im all for rejecting big business, not buying hype, and and owning what I pay for.. but cmon is it really that hard to download the content to however many PS3 you want but only keep 2 activated when it will be easy to deactivate/activate? I have 2 PS3s at home and one at work and often activate/deactivate content on friends. this is a nonissue unless you are a game sharer or just want another reason to hate sony. |

Gamesharing isn't the the same for PSPs as having a PS3. A PS3 can have a separate PSN account activated for every user account on that PS3, and all DLC/games are playable on any user account on the system. A PSP can only have 1 PSN account linked to it at a time, meaning PSP owners are less likely to gameshare, as online play would not be possible with your own account. Worse, activating and deactivating a PSP more than a couple times causes Sony to ban the console, as they suspect shady activities, making the risk of changing accounts dangerous.
