DURING SOLDER PROCESS I could not solder the wire properly and from NOR point the siver metal got ripped off as show in Image it's not "LIKE THIS"
is it still possib;e to solder? i tried to solder but it's not sticking to the point

It's ok if it got ripped off, you will need no lead solder to make this work. You need to have the wire submerged completely under solder to have good contact.

Secondly you need to solder the point at the first circle, the one your NOT pointing at is where you solder, and from there to the TF ribbon which is the first top circle solder and next should be labeled as SBE

Same situation,took the board to a radio repair shop, the guy scratched the board near to this nor trisate point, put some solder and fixed the wire,
repacked the unit, get the lights nicely, but within some moments the unit 3 beeps then unit shuts down, the red light starts blinking.when pressed again the red light stops blinking, when pressed again the unit starts and after some seconds the unit shuts down 3 beeps and blinking red power light....thanks for suggessions and help

Well if it beeps 3 times and shuts off with flashing red lights, that would be a circuit short or overheat but clearly it's not over heating. So I'll check the connection very good and even with the e3 flasher.

Here you do not understand: move all the switches to Mode (PS3) 6.1 down.

Aqui não entendo : mova todos os interruptores para (Modo PS3) 06/01 para baixo.
Ligue ps3, o PS3 deve começar, mas não de vídeo / áudio ou atividade HDD se assim continuar a próxima etapa.

Remova o cartão SD de TF e apague todos os arquivos nele, colocar o seu trabalho apoiado bios e documento de texto E3 pisca-pisca e carregá-lo no cartão SD TF de bordo. Ter o número um interruptor para cima e para baixo para descanso é reflash seu ps3 para 100 mil e empurre começar. Concluir que o PS3 e LEAVE ON (NÃO DESLIGUE)! APÓS SUA reflash BIOS PRÓPRIO!.

Remova o cartão SD e colocar arquivo e3_Downgrade.bin COM BIOS de trabalho e colocá-lo. Aperte o botão 3 de redefinir o tempo antes e depois de alterar as configurações de mudar para 000.001.

Once it gets you the error please tell me what the log says in your sd card please.

Most cases when that happens is because it's crucial that you (step1) install my mod bios,(step2) restart ps3 (Step3) install your own backup and keep ps3 on do not turn off. Make sure all the files on sd card are in the card when flashing e3_downgrade.bin

e3_Downgrade.bin- your own backed up bios- push reset 3 times then start.
