Since you have the wire from sbe to tristate, you will have to have the first switch up and the rest down.
Flash the patched dump, then turn off ps3, put all switches down and turn on ps3.
you should then see the connect controller screen, even if you only have a black screen, continue with the guide.

Take your original unpatched bios from when you where on the updated firmware and put them on your sd card and put them in the flasher. Make sure they are named bkpps3.bin . Then put switch 1 up and turn the console on. Then after a few seconds hit start on the flasher. Let the lights all light up. After they are back to flashing alternatively, then leave the console on. Take the sd card out and put it in the computer and put the e3downgrade.bin on the sd card with your bios. Leave bios on there. Then put it back into the flasher and put switch 6 up and 1 down. Then hit reset on the flasher. It is the red button underneath the sata input. Once the blue lights come back on hit start. Wait until the blue lights light up one by one until the alternate again. Then turn off the console by holding the power button down. Then turn it back on, and wait for a few seconds. The turn it off by pulling power or switching the switch. Then put in the fsm dongle and do the power eject. After it shuts off, put the USB with the lvl2 diag from step 1 folder and rogero.pup into right USB port and turn the console on. After it shuts off put the lvl2 step 2 on USB and put in right USB port and turn the console on. After it shuts off, turn the console back on with nothing in the USB ports and it should be fixed

Green and red was ok .. when i press power button in ps3 all light work in e3 flasher except the blue LED even if press start button and wait 5-10 min and not work

whats the problem ?

Have the number one switch up and rest is down to reflash your ps3 so 100000 and push start. Finish that and LEAVE PS3 ON DO NOT TURN OFF AFTER REFLASH YOUR OWN BIOS. Remove your SD CARD and put e3_Downgrade.bin file with your working BIOS and put it on. Push reset button 3 time before and after you change the switch settings to 000001. Push start and downgrade bin should be installing. This may be confusing I am sorry having hard time explaining this so bare with me thanks. I am trying to help everyone From there follow my other guide I posted and should be good.

Heey i had the same problem my bleu lights dont work but do you have the solderd wire on the ps3 then you do not neet i think the e3 card in the motherbord when i did that out the bleulights workt for me verry wel.

and here new problem when i press start button the blue LED give error ( 11000010)

means: PS3 is operating Nor, E3 Flasher cannot operate at the same time

Guys, i think im in a pinch as well.

I've worked through the foolproof guide and got up to the one-key downgrade part. At which point the E3 Flasher didnt do anything. I pushed reset as per the guide and voila, a fresh brick.

What can i do ?

What step are you on? If you have the first switch up, it stops the PS3 from using the Nor. So you can flash the patched backup.
Are you sure you have a valid dump?

Have you validated your dump? And how did you do that?

What is your model # and date code?

As they say i have half-valid dump which mean not fully valid Dump .. when i patched may be work ..

and yes as you say i switch up first one when press start its give me error Blue LED 11000010

maybe i need buy another one e3 nor clip .. i think mine its broke
