yeah i know that, in german i have the complete tut for the e3 flasher in noob friendly language!

i wrote also here the information for all...

your normal backup of your OFW 3.73 is only for this process, don't flash your backup unpatched because than you have the problem with the "brick".

the only backup what can reflash is a backup of a cfw 3.55 with NO CHECK or a backup of OFW 3.73 updated from the cfw 3.55 with NO CHECK !!!

for those they are on cfw 3.55 without the NO CHECK patch (for example the normal KMEAW) must update to OFW 3.55 and from there to the cfw 3.55 with NO CHECK, for example the Rogero CFW V2

If you dont solder, you cant unbrick or reflash your bios backup. Simple as that

Edit: and you cant use flash fun mode as it bypass the regular startup and just powers up everything never reflash bios when a program or something is running. Same as your computer dude

you must solder the point to get access on the NOR before the PS3 get it! So you can flash it and the PS3 wait to get access!

Got any tuts for half dual boot ??
Thing i am going to try to have switch 2 on cfw and then downgrade. Backup the 3.55. Reflash the 3.55 bios again.
Then put switch 2 on ofw. Put in another hdd. Flash it with 3.55 and then upgrade to 3.72. Or just try flashing it with 3.72 direct.
What do you think ?
