Adding Cobra Dongle to a System already on 3.55cfw
My slim Ps-3 is already on 3.55 CFW
and ive been wanting to add the Cobra dongle as well but when i try to go to recovery mode, and update the Firmware it says none detected im guessing cause it is basically the same Firmware, so can someone explain how to add it, when you already have a 3.55 already thanks for all yr help, lol, Please Gregory leave, it, lol. would like to learn how to do it lol |

Format the USB drive on FAT32, put the PS3UPDAT.PUP file in /PS3/UPDATE/ folder, and put the USB stick on the far right USB port of the PS3.

Make sure you rename it to updat.pup in caps I went from rebug to cobra a while back .

it's PS3UPDAT.PUP, not UPDAT.PUP.

still wont work
could it be since my slim ps3 is already on 3.55 pcs
it wont change it to the cobra 3.55 it still says no applicable data found in recovery mode when trying to update you cant use / marks on a file??? any help?????? |

oh i see now because u are on cfw now aren't u , u need to go back to 3.55ofw before u updat to cobra cfw , mate
