Guys i just read that article and ms decided to do the same thing sony did. At-least $ony told you this before you sign into psn. MS secretly hid this in it tos while updating to the new dashbord. If you have a 360. Mail M$ asap. |

This is true, but you never know what they will change in the future. Especially been as we are playing for Xbox Live anything that changes we would actually need rights to get it sorted.

you can opt out of it just like sony did. the differenc between this one and the sony one is the sony one the arbitrator was a sony appointed one, with the ms one its a court appointed neutral arbitrator so the ms ver of it is not as bad as the sony ver
