After i've been doing a little diggin i found out that this method was acually discoverd by Mathieulh in may 2011.
Just google mathieulh+downdrade+QA flag.
And sins it is QA flag related i doubt that is will work on 3.56+.
Sony changed the QA flag on firmwares 356+.
