Help for TB2 custom fw... problems installing
Hi Guys new to this whole posting thing so sorry if I have posted in the wrong section or am covering already covered posts...
Basically I have got myself a tb2 dongle, downloaded the custom fw checked the pup and tried installing. I accept the conditions and get through to the point where the ps3 resets but then it tells me a higher version of the fw is already installed. Any help would be appreciated, my system settings show 3.55, I dont believe the dongle fw was installed as I am assuming it may say 3.55 - DONGLE.... Thanks in advance, John |

Thanks, Mcmrc1, I thought that maybe a spoofing cfw may have been the case, I tried installing through the normal menu.
Have not yet explored the service menu so will look into that now, may also try installing official 3.55 over kmeaw and see if that helps. Cheers |

You should try Rebug CFW 355 TB Edition .If installing anything for that TB. I would rather go with team Rebug CFW any day ..Good luck

Hey mcmrc1, should have mentioned I read your post but did it anyway, should be all good once i get the butons fixed and put it in recovery mode, unfortunately my mate thought it was funny to use my ps3 as a toilet while drunk one night and pissed on it... now the buttons only work every so often so no recovery mode for me... thanks for your help mate good to see people helping each other even though they don't know em at all!
