Nobody's sure whether it's fake or not.
Even if top-devs say it's fake, you can never be sure until the tool get's released or the dev says "ah. sorry. I won't release it" or somethin.

yes it's impossible to check those keys, if it was the 3.72 keys we could try this with 3.72 game eboots, but 4.00, there is no game requiring this firmware atm !!

most likely, it's a fake, but who knew, futur will tell us

if he has got the 4.00 keys all games up to that firmware will work.
