I completely understand not sharing when people are criticizing or insulting, but i can assure you that i and many more are very grateful for your efforts . you must understand there is a high % of people who are idiots and do that bad talk like if you owed them something, and maybe its SONY's way of dealing with hacking their system by posting insults to discourage you . they have tried everything and spent millions to protect their system and failed against thinkers like you, but rest assured that many admire your work and think that what you do is amazing and hope to use and learn from it.

I really hate to continue a null debate and i realize contributing is just aposing my point, but i believe people are generally good and if there is no proof, why would he believe that? In essence, why would he help us when most people aren't deserving?
It sucks that the minority affect the majority...I could carry on that point but then this topic would get more off topic.

So, great for you Kakoroto for staying with your principles. I only have a few responses, yet i've been in this forum for years. i only recently responded because i posted what i believed, but even then, people are a lil corrupted.

Like people are saying, even if it is a little exploit, the backups we have on our harddrives will probably have a chance to work. The package exploit will most likely work which seems to be the general problem. I just need rmvb's to work with showtime, and i'll be the happiest camper and repurchase the games i returned that i backed up.

I could not agree more with that statement from Kakaroto. We are the only one benefiting from all the hard work they are doing, and yet here some of your sit, and pass judgement on people like Matt and Kakaroto. They are doing this on their own time, their own money, and plain and simply because they can. Who the hell are we to decide that they should release it? This is their work, their sweat and hard work and they should not be rushed. They should be encourage to continue doing what they are doing and wait patiently for them to release it, if they want to. If some of you do not like the way things are going, then start doing the work yourself and stop nagging and maligning those are actually doing something. Matthielth, Kakaroto continue doing what you do best and if you want to release go ahead and do so. A lot of us will appreciate the effort and hopefully our voices will drown out the morons out there.

It's because whilst we do appreciate the hard work devs do, we can't truly do so until we can play the latest titles. Face facts, the PS3 scene is dead in the water until we can.

Loller, Im curious as to what the hell you mean by anything you have said in reguards to my post. My point is people like me and "ESPECIALLY" you dont have the know how to do the amazing work that "YOU" are so desperate to obtain. Where would any of the hacking scenes be if it wasnt to share and expand by showing how and what to do. I know for a fact you would never be able to figure anything out if you tried yourself. I agree with you Annelies that anyone can do and learn anything they want for the most part. There is something that everyone can teach someone else and viceversa. Im sure you can teach me something i know completely nothing about and i can teach you something you know nothing completely about. Its how the human minds process the info.
